GET TO KNOW US
KIM
President
I have been an athlete all my life, getting my start early on with soccer, gymnastics and rugby. I turned to running as a means to stay fit in University as a "poor, staving student". The more I ran, the stronger I became, so I ran further and faster. Soon enough, I was running 5k's to half marathons, then marathons, and even into ultras later this year!
I grew up out at 150 Mile House with kilometers of trails just out my backdoor. I am also a certified running and endurance coach, with hopes of training new and returning runners with their goals. On top of everything else, I am a momma to my 2 beautiful kiddos.
I love celebrating my love and passion of running with the crew and hope we can inspire you to become a trail runner too!
Kelsey
Vice-President & Treasurer
Hi, my name is Kelsey! I love to enjoy everything the trails and mountains have to offer; running, climbing and skiing are my favourites. Originally hailing from rural Manitoba, I found myself in Williams Lake for work after a decade in Vancouver and area. I found my mountain wings through Vancouver's outdoor clubs, and now am striving to empower others to believe that the outdoors is for everyone! For me, the best part about Cariboo Run Crew is meeting new friends and mentors that are also passionate about the outdoors, all while exploring the gorgeous vast network of Cariboo trails.
DEANNA
Run Leader & Event Co-Ordinator
Hi everyone! My name is Deanna and I was born and raised in Williams Lake. I enjoy many activities in the area including snow shoeing, kayaking, hiking and of course running.
I run anything from a 5km to a 50km but my favorite running distance is the half marathon.
Although I’ve mainly been a road runner, I started mixing it up with trail running. It’s been a great way for me to slow down, learn the surrounding trails, and meet other running enthusiasts…and it’s just fun!

I hope to see you all on the trails soon
